Advocates Notification - Criminal Justice (Proceeds of Crime) Law, 1999.

Schedules  9 of the Criminal justice (Proceeds of Crime) (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 1999 impose requirements on Advocates who are or about to become "managing advocates", as defined by the Law, to make an initial notification and ongoing notifications to Her Majesty's Greffier, see Guidance here.
